Workshop: Service Innovation in India in Jan.2015.

14ws8_title

// This call for participation is for IITH students. //

The middle class of India is expanding drastically and is expected to increase steadily its buying power. We see not a few similar points with Japan’s high-growth period in 60’s and 70’s, while their service demands also reflect Indian current conditions and their social and cultural peculiarities.
Based on the results of the fieldwork of visiting Indian families in the past 2 years, in this workshop Japanese participants, together with IITH students will develop service innovation targeted to Indian middle class. We will aim to create innovative ideas analyzing Japanese successful services and using analogical reasoning.

Dates: January 7-8, 2015
Venue: Lecture Hall 3, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad
Language: English
Participation: Limited to IITH students(16 slots). Together with IITH students, i.school students will attend the workshop.
