The open workshop session, conducted by Prof. Peter, McGrory, Aalto University, Helsinki, is intended for participants to better understand the strategic merits of systemic thinking, and deep multi-disciplinary collaboration in innovation practices. And the break-out working session enables teams to actively explore through case-analysis the value and potential of the Business Model Canvas in compelling strategic innovation.

Along with his position as Professor of Design Management and Director of the International Design Business Management IDBM Programme at the Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture, Professor McGrory’s research interests involve, amongst others, exploring the breadth and strategic potential of integrated platform strategies in entrepreneurial practice.
